Our Team - Lindy Kennedy is a registered dietitian with over 10 years of consulting experience. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Food Science, a Master's Degree in Health Promotion and is a certified fitness instructor.

Nutrition - available nutrition services include personalized individual consultations, group presentations and nutrition literature.

Fitness - Our consultants have been Certified Personal Trainer for several years and have taught classes in step, strength and conditioning, aquafit and cycling. We offer home consultations with follow-up sessions and can tailor a program to fit your schedule.
