our Health and Wellness Personnel. We are proud of our qualified staff,
and we look forward to assisting you with your healthy lifestyle.
Lindy Kennedy has been consulting in the nutrition and fitness industry for over 12 years. Her fitness qualifications include; ACE certified personal trainer, and YMCA/AFLCA certified group fitness instructor (specializing in step, muscle, and aquatic fitness classes).
She holds a Bachelor degree in Foods and Nutrition, a Masters degree in Health Promotion and is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Alberta. Aside from managing her personal small business, FitNut consulting, she also balances life at home with her three young children.
Lindy is affiliated
with the Calgary YMCA, Family Leisure Center, Running Room and Spa Lady. She
carries nutrition contracts with Panther Sport Medicine, Bow Valley Fitness,
and Phoenix Personal Fitness.
Lindy takes a keen interest in the individual needs of her clients, and
encourages a sustainable and maintainable lifestyle approach. She looks
forward to building long-term relationships with all her clients and
contacts.

have actually lost 6 or 7 pounds in the last little while. Although
