Sonja Franzmann; as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Consultant, Sonja integrates her diverse background to create an all-encompassing approach to fitness and nutrition.
From fitness testing, to grocery tours, to personal training, to nutrition consultations, Sonja is a well-rounded health and wellness educator known for her intuitive approach with her clients. 

Her education, warm, remarkable personality, and genuine interest in all people make her an effective educator and motivator.  Sonja believes a healthy lifestyle includes body, mind and soul, and without ALL these components we cannot be our best. 

In Sonja’s free time she enjoys cooking, baking homemade protein bars and cookies for friends and family, walking, swimming, weight training, creating art, reading, going to the movies, and taking care of others.
