A born and bred Calgarian, Keri Zoppi is absolutely delighted to be part of the Fitnut team!

An avid runner and advocate of fitness and nutrition, Keri has been running as well as helping others run marathons for over 10 years. She has taught 10K and learn to run clinics as well as developed a moms and strollers running group.She has worked with New Balance in Vancouver, YMCA of Calgary and is happy to be presenting the nutrition component for the Running Room's women's only and 10K running clinics. 

As a mom of a busy 3 year old, Keri understands the challenges families face when trying to stay in shape or achieve new fitness goals. She has a keen interest in empowering and educating her clients to explore ways in which they may integrate fitness and balanced nutrition into their lives.By looking at her clients individual needs and goals, Keri can provide solutions and assist with any challenges that they may be faced with. Her approach to making healthful lifestyle changes include services such as one-on-one in-home fitness consultation and developing personal training programs.She is also happy to provide nutrition consultations that may include anything from grocery tours, healthful cooking strategies and techniques, to just giving you a hand in stocking your pantry in order to prepare more healthful meals and snacks.

When she's not exercising with her clients or interpreting food labels, she loves to read, cycle, cook and spend precious time with her family.
