Sarah Matthews has been involved in health
and wellness for many years, participating in sports, life guarding and
teaching swimming lessons. As an advocate for fitness and nutrition,
Sarah holds her bachelors degree in nutritional sciences and is a Registered
Dietitian under the College of Dietitians of Alberta. Sarah loves running
and doing yoga and believes that fitness and a healthy diet go hand in
hand.
Sarah finds it important to tailor her nutrition intervention to each individual
client and their situation. As a health and nutrition professional, she
wishes to provide guidance to her clients in order to empower them to lead
a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

have actually lost 6 or 7 pounds in the last little while. Although
