Stefanie Copple has worked in the field of clinical
nutrition & diet therapy for over 6 years. She
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in clinical dietetics and nutrition
from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Registered Dietitian with
the College of Dietitians of Alberta and Dietitians of Canada.
Stefanie believes in a counseling approach where diet and lifestyle are
equally taken into consideration. She will develop a nutrition plan which is tailored
to meet your individual needs. Stefanie focuses on providing practical
advice and personalized education.
For recreation, Stefanie enjoys playing tennis and golf and loves to
dance. She
treasures her time with her husband and one-year-old son and values the balance
she has with her life as a mom, wife and professional dietitian. She
looks forward to working side-by-side with her clients and helping them
reach their goals and upmost potential!
