Katie Zimmerman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition & Food Sciences the University of Alberta. In addition she completed a dietetic internship through the Calgary Health Region and became a Registered Dietitian under the College of Dietitians of Alberta.
Katie believes everyone has the potential to live healthy life styles with the right education, tools, and determination. She looks forward to helping clients meet their nutrition goals by providing them with realistic nutrition plans, guidance, and continued support. She is thrilled to be part of the FitNut team, as it focuses on both nutrition and fitness, which are equally important to living a healthy lifestyle.
In her spare time Katie enjoys going to the gym, yoga, running, hiking, reading and spending time with her friends and family.

have actually lost 6 or 7 pounds in the last little while. Although
I am sure that I have lost more fat than that and gained lots of
