Carrie Conacher is thrilled to join the FitNut team!

Carrie enjoys empowering people with knowledge to help them achieve their personal health goals so that they can be their very best! She is a strong believer in creating balance in our lives, balance between proper nutrition and fitness.

She is thrilled to be able to share her knowledge and passion of both fitness and nutrition with you. She graduated with honors from the “Nutrition for Healthy Lifestyles” program at SAIT and is a certified personal trainer through the AFLCA.

Carrie will help you to establish realistic, attainable goals and ensure you reach them by being with you every step of the way. She truly believes everyone has the drive and ability to accomplish their goals; they sometimes just lack the information necessary to do it effectively.
