The full assessment is provided to you with appropriate recommendations, resources, and a 7-day meal plan customized for you. This package includes 2 sessions with the Registered Dietitian.

This package contains all of the services included in the NUTRITION ASSESSMENT plus 5 x 30 minute follow ups with the Registered Dietitian. Clients with this package also receive access to our ONLINE program to log meals, exercises, and collect meal plans. This package is perfect for the client who needs long term support. This package includes 7 sessions with the Registered Dietitian.
